Following in the footsteps of Ralph Waldo Emerson, I have begun to create My Own Bible of words that speak to me. It’s going to be a large project, and far too unwieldy for a running weblog post. So I will be making it a PDF, available to view and download at the link below, that I will be updating every so often.

Intentional bibliomancy is everything to me, the act of finding words that speak directly to your heart, mind, and soul, and understanding what God wants you to take away from them. It’s why I’m so picky with what I read these days. If the words aren’t speaking to me, I have to let that work go and move onto finding something else that does.
